Inside The Brain of an Elite Athlete

An Athlete's Performance Is Determined By Their…

BRAIN!
Great athletes have a special kind of intelligence; they see, react and understand the game in a way that sets them apart – call it “game sense,” or “having a high sports IQ”. Until recently, these key cognitive skills were not considered trainable, or even understandable. However, research has demonstrated that many of the key cognitive skills of the ‘athletic brain’ can be measured – and trained.
Research by the University of Kent into the effects of brain stimulation on athletes' performance has demonstrated that it is an effective way to improve endurance.
The findings are expected to advance our understanding of the brain's role in endurance exercise, how it can alter the physical limits of performance in healthy people and add further evidence to the debate on the use of legal methods to enhance performance in competition.
But why does the brain play such a vital role in overall athletic performance…?
The answer to this question will be revealed during an extremely important webinar that is taking place on Thursday, August 11th at 7:00 pm EDT at called Inside The Brain of an Elite Athlete.
