Eye Training for Better Performance

Train Your Eyes for Better Performance

While 20/20 vision is sometimes called ‘perfect’ vision, many people can see much better. In fact, one of the greatest baseball players in history, Babe Ruth, was thought to have 20/8 vision!

It’s common for elite athletes to have better than ‘perfect’ vision. Eye training can help athletes use their extraordinary vision to their advantage when it comes to gaining that extra edge over the competition.

You’re invited to join us for Eye Training for Better Performance on Thursday, July 29th at 7:00 pm EDT to learn about the latest performance enhancement training techniques.

Methods of improving sports vision skills for optimum athletic performance will vary depending on your sport, but we’ll explain the concepts behind eye training and provide techniques to try for yourself.
