Start Wellness Early

There is strong evidence supporting chiropractic care for children. We all want the best for our children, why not give them a head start in health and wellness?

Many spinal conditions begin at birth but go undetected for years, even decades. This can cause stress on an infant’s developing nervous system. Spinal misalignment at birth can lead to:

-Colic
-Breathing problems
-Nursing difficulties
-Sleep disturbances
-Allergic reactions
-Chronic infections

Even minor misalignments can impact the function of other systems as the nerve system is an extension of the brain which carries information from the brain to the body. The nerve system is crucial for the proper functioning of the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, hormonal, eliminative, and immune system.

If determined necessary, a chiropractic adjustment is modified according to a child’s size. Adjustments are gentle and specific to each unique spinal condition.

It is important to remember that chiropractic care does not treat disease, but aid the body in the natural healing process. Parents today are seeking safe alternatives to traditional medical treatments and chiropractic care is often the solution as it is a natural, drug-free, holistic means of correcting conditions at the core rather merely treating symptoms.
